Foster Care Assistant
Now Hiring – Foster Care Team Member

We are looking for an outgoing, compassionate person to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to learn about the foster care system while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community. The right candidate will receive training to support foster families and foster youth in accordance with agency values and state regulations.
We are looking for someone who is:
· Friendly and motivated
· Organized and dependable
· Comfortable communicating with families and professionals
· Comfortable using social media and Microsoft Office
Position Details:

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Child to Family Connections is looking for a caring individual to join our awesome team of Direct Support Professionals (DSP)! We are a strong family-oriented agency; committed to serving adults with intellectual disabilities and their families. This part-time position will be working with clients in the Meadville area. Hours may vary, but usually are daytime Monday thru Friday. The main function of a DSP is to guide their client towards independence and to help them achieve their individual goals. Providing transportation into the community for various fun and creative activities, all to enhance the lives of the people we serve. A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required for this position. Applicants must be at least 23 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass background checks. Our great benefits package includes 10 paid holidays, sick time, and vacation time (after one year of employment).
